Fuel Card Instructions (Policy 8)
Fuel Card Activation and Limits:
The fuel card is active with the following limits:
- Diesel: 220 gallons per day
- DEF oil and additives: $25 per day
- Accepted states: FL, AL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, TX, CO, AR
- In-network locations: Pilot, Flying J, Loves, and Racetrack
Fuel Rates:
In-network: $1.99 per gallon
Out-of-network: $2.75 per gallon
PIN Usage:
Drivers should always request their PIN before inserting the card at the pump or handing it to the clerk, ensuring it matches their tractor number.
Transaction Completion:
Drivers are responsible for ensuring transactions are properly closed at the pump. In case of pump errors or fueling completion issues, they should inform the truck stop clerk to cancel or verify the transaction's closure.
Fueling in Unlisted States:
If a driver needs to refuel in states not listed, please contact us to arrange an override.
Unauthorized Transactions:
If drivers notice transactions they did not authorize, they should report it immediately. Reimbursement is subject to the truck stop’s decision.
